Tracking
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track it with Australia Post.
Shipping T+C’s
Once your order has been sent, unfortunately we can’t accept responsibility for loss, damage or delayed deliveries (eg due to severe weather or shipping interruptions).
Packaging
We've carefully considered the environment when choosing our packaging. Our parcels are all shipped with bio-degradable post packages Hero Packaging which can be re-used to send another parcel, or go straight in your home compost or worm farm.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Hassle-Free Returns – 30 days
We’re confident you’ll love our products once you get them in your hands. And we want you to have that confidence in our products too, even before you try them. That’s why we offer 30 day hassle free returns.
Please just follow these steps:
- Let us know - email us at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the return, and whether you’d like a refund or store credit.
- Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.
- We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll process the refund asap (excluding original shipping costs) via your original payment method.
Please note we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
If you paid with PayPal, they may cover your return postage fees. See more here.
Hassle-Free Exchanges – 30 Days
If the sizing is not quite right, we can exchange the item (or provide store credit if that size is sold out).
Please just follow these steps:
- Let us know - just email us at customercare@wildislandapparel.com.au quoting your order number, reason for the exchange and what size you’d like instead.
- Post the item back within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with all tags attached), at your cost. Please note your name and order number with the return.
- We’ll check that’s all in order, and we’ll post the replacement item to you asap.
